EASY FAST FREE!
DSL ACCOUNT TRANSFER

Transferring your account is easy and free. If you already have DSL through another provider, and you want to save on the cost and improve the quality, then keep reading. Click on the Plans & Pricing link to the right, and see how much you could save.
How Do I Switch?
First, you need to complete a
DSL Transfer Form.  You will need Adobe Acrobat® Reader to view and print this document. We provide links to download all these items on the Transfer Links to the right.

Once you have filled out the form, you need to fax it back to us at
888-258-0219. By completing and signing the contract, you agree to allow
CROS.NET transfer your DSL Account from your existing ISP to us.  Then, in around 30 days, you will see that Verizon stop billing you for DSL, and all you will have to worry about is your one, low-priced bill from CROS.NET - we take care of everything else!
Are there any fees to switch to CROS.NET?
No! It can't be clearer than that, we say what we mean at CROS.NET!
Can CROS.NET host my website?
Yes.  Our web hosting packages are described >here<.  HINT - Check the special offer!!!
How does CROS.NET's Internet service differ from Our Competitors?
CROS.NET connects to Verizon's DSL network via a high-speed T-3 connection (the equivalent of 28 T-1 lines). You'll notice much faster downloads and quicker responses from web sites. CROS.NET is connected to the Internet backbone via a T-3 connection to Sprint. Many competitors are connected via multiple T-1s.
What about Spam & Viruses?
All of our email is automatically scanned for viruses and spam.  We scan many millions of messages every week, and block around half a million spam messages for our customers every single day! You can learn more about our state-of-the-art system >here<.
How much does DSL Cost?
A standard DSL connection (768k Download/128k Upload) is less than $25.00 a month! You can see the cost of various available plans >here<.

CROS.NET DSL COMPETITOR COMPARISON
DSL PROVIDER VERIZON FEE PROVIDER FEE TOTAL
Provider 1 $ 37.50 $ 17.00 $ 54.50
Provider 2 $ 37.50 $ 16.95 $ 54.45
Provider 3 $ 37.50 $ 19.95 $ 57.45
CROS.NET DSL $ 0.00 $ 24.95 $ 24.95
How is DSL billed?  I have two bills, one from my ISP and one on my phone-bill?
That may well be the case with other providers. CROS.NET is a DSL wholesaler, and we don't think you should have any extra charges on your phone-bill, because it is just plain confusing. You will be billed directly by CROS.NET for your internet service, and nobody else!  One Bill for ALL your internet.
Does it cost more for a business account?
NO!  Our plans are the same cost to a business or a home user.  We have always wondered why an extra $10.00 a month or more, is added on by many other ISP's, and almost ALL of our competitors.  In fact, with CROS.NET DSL, the cost of your connection is the same if you are at home, in a business, have just one computer or 30 computers.  The price doesn't get higher just because you use it!
I want to save all that money and hassle. What's involved in switching?
It couldn't be easier.  First, download the ISP Transfer Contract , fill it out (you can type your details directly into the PDF file) and fax or mail it back to us.
