FAQ

How much does DSL Cost?
A standard DSL connection (768k Download/128k Upload) is less than $25.00 a month! You can see the cost of various available plans >here<.

Can I Switch to CROS.NET if I already have DSL that is more expensive?
Yes! And what's more, it's FREE. Find out more >here<.
What equipment do I need for DSL when I sign up with CROS.NET DSL?
We supply a DSL Modem Kit, which includes
a Westell modem, 2 DSL filters, Ethernet Cable & Phone Cable, for $ 49.95 + $8.50 s/h.
How is DSL billed?  I was told half is on your phone-bill?
That may well be the case with other providers. CROS.NET is a DSL wholesaler, and we don't think you should have any extra charges on your phone-bill, because it is just plain confusing. You will be billed directly by CROS.NET for your internet service, and nobody else!  One Bill for ALL your internet.
Does it cost more for a business account?
NO!  Our plans are the same cost to a business or a home user.  We have always wondered why an extra $10.00 a month, or more is added on by many other ISP's, and almost ALL of our competitors.  In fact, with CROS.NET DSL, the cost of your connection is the same if you are at home, in a business, have just one computer or 30 computers.  The price doesn't get higher just because you use it!
